Shipping policy
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your Order will be sent within 24hrs (unless there are specialty products such as candles then please allow 48hrs to be made and shipped. All packages are tracked.
Orders are sent Via Courier at 1-2 days for the north island and 2-4 days for the south island. During any Covid 19 related restrictions there may be delays in your order reaching you within these time frames.
